By using linspire.store or placing an order, you accept these terms along with our shipping, returns and privacy policies, which form part of this agreement. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Orders are for personal use, not for resale.

We describe and photograph every piece as carefully as we can. Even so, colors and finishes can look different depending on your screen, lighting and angle, and minor variations can exist between units of the same model.

Listed measurements are approximate. If an exact measurement is decisive for your purchase, message us before paying and we’ll confirm it.

Availability can change at any time and we don’t guarantee a piece will return to stock.

Brand names, logos and model names appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only, to identify a style or product type. L’inspire is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by or endorsed by those brands, and is not an official distributor for any of them.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment processes. We may decline or cancel an order for lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms.

If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund the full amount, with no exceptions and no fees.

All prices are in US dollars and may change without prior notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are calculated and shown before you pay.

We accept card and ATH Móvil. By paying you authorize the charge for the order total. If a price appears with an obvious error we contact you before processing, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Discount codes don’t stack unless stated, hold no cash value, and may carry an expiration date or usage limit. We may void a code used abusively or obtained without authorization.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you at the delivery recorded by the carrier, without prejudice to our commitment to stand with you on any claim, per the shipping policy.

Returns are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may not copy or bulk-scrape site content, attempt to breach its security, place fraudulent orders, or use the site for anything unlawful. The site’s own content, meaning text, photography, design and code, is ours and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party delays.

Nothing here excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any obligation the law does not allow us to limit.

If something goes wrong, let’s talk first: write to l'inspire@agentmail.to and we commit to respond and work toward a solution within 15 business days. The vast majority of cases end there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute not resolved directly will be submitted to the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published here, with its date. Changes don’t apply retroactively to orders already confirmed. If a court invalidates any clause, the rest remains in force.
